Software
Portable PAUT Program - DSVision
The program is a specialized inspection tool designed for portable devices to efficiently locate defects in inspection targets.
It offers a configuration menu for setting basic Focal Law characteristics and various functions for data collection.

Configuration

PA Mode
In the configuration menu, it is represented as the PA mode Sectorial scan function.
This mode is necessary when using an Angle Wedge.

LA Mode
When you click the LA option in the configuration, the entire image changes to a Linear type.
This mode can be used for thickness and corrosion measurements and is suitable for inspecting wide areas.

Conventional Mode
This feature can be used when utilizing Single UT.
It also includes various functions such as Calibration, DAC, and RF switching.
Menu

TOFD Mode
This is an image of an internal defect detected using the TOFD mode in the configuration menu.
The TOFD mode function is provided by default and can be used through the UT port of the device.

Multi Channel
The program supports multiple channels. You can select your desired configuration, such as PAUT + PAUT + TOFD or PAUT + PAUT, and add or remove channels using the add channel function.

Calibration List
To obtain accurate measurement data, use the Calibration function beforehand.
Calibration consists of Velocity, Wedge delay, Sensitivity, TCG, and Encoder.

Velocity Calibration
The velocity calibration menu is intended to accurately calibrate the ultrasonic speed for materials.
When the ultrasonic speed is accurate, the interval distance of the reflected return signals is calibrated.

Wedge delay Calibration.
The wedge delay calibration menu is used to adjust the delay values for each sensor after the wedge passes through and reaches the inspection target.
After calibrating the wedge delay, you can accurately determine the location of defects.

Sensitivity Calibration
Sensitivity calibration is a function that adjusts the sensitivity within the desired range of a set vector to the specified value.
By increasing the sensitivity only within the desired range, you can read defects more efficiently.

TCG Calibration.
TCG calibration is a function that allows you to adjust sensitivity across multiple areas, whereas in Sensitivity, you set the sensitivity for only one area.

Encoder Calibration
Encoder calibration is a function that adjusts the pulse count according to the steps of the scanner/encoder device used on the equipment.
After calibration, you can ensure that the encoder moves to the correct distance values when it is moved.
